Variation is merely perceived since what most marketers refer to are tactics, not strategies. Facebook ads, groups, chatbots, Instagram, YouTube, marketing funnels, webinar scripts—these are all tactics!

At the core is the same marketing strategy that existed in the days of Dan Kennedy and the popular direct mail marketing, or technically any marketing that existed before THAT. When a person started small, generated a profit (or broke even on the ads upfront) so they could then scale and take the real profits later through follow-up with their list.

Some pay a small fortune to figure it out from mentors, but only through their higher end coaching programs where they finally reveal the secrets.
